  SELL YOUR STUFF ELSEWHERE 1) They had (or have) serious issues with customer correspondence. Clearly I’m one of the group that dropped stuff off (They were great at contacting people to collect their fee) then they totally disappear. Only when costumers reach out do you receive any word from them. Like others I sat for weeks wondering if I had my stuff stolen. 2) Their pricing was completely off! They sold a very expensive item of mine for 10% of the value! If you ever receive any correspondence watch your stuff closely as they are completely off when it comes to prices. I never received any correspondence at all so my item was long gone and I lost before I ever even knew. Even while talking with them about the issue they couldn’t find an item on CL in the same ballpark as low as they sold my item. So will they set a reasonable price or 10% of your value? Who knows, but you get to pay the fee no matter what. 3) Their website (Once I finally got a login) had no indication of status of item or that I was due money at all. So will it work who knows, and even if it works there’s a 14 day waiting period to get your money. 4) Expect high fees. First there’s a drop off or pick up fee ($25 or $200++). Then once your item sells, (Who know what price they will set for you but expect low!) they will take a commission fee which as far as I can tell is 50% of the sale price. I did have a conversation with their customer service person about all these issue and they were good, but at that point my item was already gone for a fraction of what it was worth. Overall, These guys were a complete failure. No correspondence (until I put effort into reaching out to them), Absolutely completely off based price (I got 10% of what the item was worth), and expect to pay a high fee (both on pick up and on commission). I hope whoever bought my item is enjoying it, you got the best deal I’ve ever heard of and I got ripped off.
